Join us at the next Flower Summit.
Based at Pemberley, a family farm in the picturesque Macedon Ranges, Olivia Coutts of Pemberley of Malmsbury is an award-winning floral designer and micro flower farmer known for her deeply considered, seasonal approach to floristry.
Â
Her work is instantly recognisable — wild, rambling and organically abundant — drawing inspiration from the natural rhythms of the land and the ever-changing seasons of the Macedon Ranges. Using the freshest locally grown blooms, many harvested directly from her garden at Pemberley, Olivia creates immersive botanical designs and installations that feel both emotive and effortlessly untamed.
Â
With a strong focus on sustainable floristry techniques, her pieces celebrate often-overlooked botanical elements, resulting in work that is layered, textural and beautifully imperfect — just like nature itself.
We are so honoured to welcome Olivia as one of our incredible guest speakers at Flower Summit 2026, where she will be bringing her artistry to life with a live floral installation on stage, sharing her philosophy, process and passion with our community.
