Jessica Eckford-Aguilera is the founder of the Flower Summit and the creative force behind Newcastle Food & Flower Markets. With a background in florals, events and marketing, she has grown a thriving local hub and sparked a global movement that celebrates women’s creativity and leadership in floriculture.

 

Through the Newcastle Flower School, Jessica shares her expertise with emerging floral designers, while the Flower Summit reflects her bigger mission: to connect, educate, and empower women in the industry. 

 

Her vision is clear, when women bloom, the world blossoms.

The Flower Summit was born from a simple vision: to create a space where women in floriculture could gather, learn and grow.
