To ensure we can confidently plan and deliver the highest-quality experience, please read our Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

1. No Refunds
   
   All ticket purchases for Flower Summit events are non-refundable.
   
   Once your ticket purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, all sales are final. This policy allows us to commit to venues, speakers, suppliers and event production well in advance to create the best possible experience for our attendees.
   
   Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness or any other reason.
   
   
2. Ticket Transfers
   
   If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket may be transferred to another person.
   
   To arrange a ticket transfer, please contact the Flower Summit team prior to the event with the new attendee’s full name and email address. We will update our records to ensure they receive all event communications.
   
   Ticket transfers must be completed before the event and are subject to registration deadlines.

3. Please Review Your Purchase
   
   Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review your order to ensure all details are correct.

4. Event Changes
   
   Flower Summit reserves the right to make changes to the event program where necessary, including speakers, schedules, formats, venues or other event details.
   
   Such changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
